Terms Of Service Agreement

      Standard legal, ethical and appropriate for all audiences advertisment will apply as base T.O.S. until we finish building this page (which will be soon).   It is your responsibility to keep abreast of these terms.

      You understand and agree that by joining Bux Me Up™ Team Builder Program you are thereby opted-in to receive email communications from us and the only way to opt out is to cancel your membership with the team which will remove all your affiliate urls from the program and forfeit your rights to use the system in any way for promoting on your own - including, and not limited to, any and all replicated websites and/or promotional materials provided to you by, and belonging to, Bux Me Up™.   This further extends to include our hosting services, bandwidth and/or anything else provided you through our service.

      You further agree to keep all your program accounts current and immediately notify Bux Me Up™ Admin of any changes in the status of any of your associated program accounts.   Failure to abide these terms will result in your immediate termination from the program.   You are not allowed to represent yourself as an employee or associate of Bux Me Up in any way.
